Where can I get a brochure of your products?
Digital PDF brochures for all our washroom products are available on the brochure download page, for a hard copy of any of our product brochures or colour selector, please email email@example.com with your full address and we will be delighted to post one, alternatively, you can fill out our contact form here.
What is the difference between SGL and HPL Panels?
SGL means Solid Grade Laminate and HPL is High Pressure Laminate. In general, our HPL panels are suitable for dry environments with light – medium traffic whilst SGL is suitable for both wet and dry areas with high traffic.
How many toilet cubicles do I need?
This varies depending on the location of your washroom. For more details, please contact our team who will be happy to advise on the number of cubicles required for your specific project.
Do you offer installation?
Dunhams design, manufacture and supply only. Our systems are designed in kit form to be easily installed by any competent tradesperson.
Do you sell spares parts and fixtures?
Yes, we stock most spares usually available within 48 hours.
How do I get a quote?
Our products are made-to-measure and therefore we do not have a standard price list. Please email a drawing or sketch of the required layout to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch to discuss your project requirements.
What are available resources for an architect?
We have CAD drawings, BIM objects, NBS specifications, data sheets and brochures all available for download on our website here. We also provide bespoke project spec writing service, please ask to speak to a project consultant on 01603 424855 or email email@example.com
What are delivery timelines?
Lead times are typically 3-4 weeks but can vary depending on the complexity of the project and current factory workload. Please contact us for the current lead time and a project consultant will be happy to advise.
Do you offer customised solutions?

How do I open an account?
First orders are to be on proforma basis unless otherwise agreed. After first order credit account applications are considered on an individual basis. You can download a credit application form here and submit to firstname.lastname@example.org. All non account orders will be on a proforma basis.
