Details
The Carrow Road Football Stadium dates back to 1935, when it was purpose built by Norwich City Football Club in just 82 days.
The Stadium has been altered and upgraded over the years, especially after a fire destroyed the old City Stand in 1984.
Brief
With an Occupancy rate of above 90%, and regularly selling out its home allocation of tickets, the washrooms at the stadium were requiring a refurbish to serve the stadium’s supporters.
We worked alongside the end-user, architect and contractor to carefully pull all ideas and views together, creating washrooms that are both practical, affordable and attractive.
Solution
Once again our Challenger Cubicle system was the solution – with a large volume of traffic in a condensed amount of time, the washrooms needed to be durable and easy to clean.
The use of woodgrains and greys gave the stadium a neutral feel, with no distinctive colours to offend supporters of visiting teams!
Additionally, the modern look mirrors above the Vanity Units gave a unique finish to the washrooms and gave the finished thing a more spacious and open feel.
