Stanway School – part of the Sigma Trust  is situated in Colchester, Essex. The school is described by the Head Teacher as ‘a community in which every student matters’.

The school has recently undergone facilities improvements which are all part of a huge £7 million expansion project.


New student toilet areas were required in the recent sports hall refurbishment.

Here at Dunhams we were involved from the early project stages, working alongside the architect to specify suitable product ranges for the schools open plan unisex washrooms right through to designing and manufacture for the appointed contractor –  Stroods Specialist Contractors.




Altitude XP – our newest school washroom range is all about Xtra Privacy so was the ultimate solution for these open plan school toilet areas.

The Cubicle range provides floor to ceiling toilet cubicles sealed with an extra privacy channel provides a fully secure cubicle system.

Solid Grade Laminate Duct Panels (supplied pre-fitted to frames in the factory to cut install times onsite) were also supplied to conceal cisterns and pipework to the back of the WCs.

Postformed Laminate Vanity Tops with SGL Vanity Bases were also supplied – a durable and economical choice for handwash facilities.
