The Challenge
Norwich City College of Further and Higher Education, a large institution located near the city centre, serves over 6,000 learners annually. Dunhams has partnered with the college’s estates department on numerous projects over the years. One notable project was the refurbishment of the City College Business Hub in central Norwich. The challenge was to provide stylish and durable washroom facilities that fit seamlessly into the modern, high-traffic environment of the business hub.
The Solution
For this project, we supplied Classic cubicles, IPS ducts, and vanity units that combined durability with aesthetic appeal. The washrooms featured a striking colour scheme of Contemporary Grey, London Red, and Luna White, creating a vibrant and professional atmosphere in line with the business hub’s modern design.
The Outcome
The City College Business Hub now boasts washroom facilities that are both functional and visually appealing. The use of Classic cubicles, IPS ducts, and vanity units in the bold colour scheme ensures that the space is durable and easy to maintain, while also offering a modern, welcoming environment for students and staff.
