The Challenge
Hardman Street, Manchester, required a complete office washroom refurbishment, including a basement fit-out to accommodate new washroom and shower areas. Additionally, the project aimed to support employee wellness by including a bike zone, encouraging staff to cycle to and from work. The challenge was to create durable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing facilities in a commercial setting.
The Solution
Dunhams worked closely with Waingap Contracts, who led the office refurbishment project. We designed and manufactured Challenger Shower Cubicles, Solid Surface Wash Troughs, and Challenger+ Lockers to meet the demands of the office’s high-traffic shower areas.
The washroom design features soft grey wall and floor tiles paired with black and grey laminate cubicles and panels, creating a minimalist and modern look. This combination not only adds a smart aesthetic but also ensures the washroom spaces are practical and durable, perfect for a commercial setting.
The Outcome
The newly refurbished washroom and shower facilities at Hardman Street now offer a durable and stylish solution, with well-designed spaces that encourage employee wellness. The Challenger Shower Cubicles, Solid Surface Wash Troughs, and Challenger+ Lockers provide the necessary functionality and durability, while the clean, minimalist design enhances the overall appeal of the commercial shower area.
