The Challenge
Lawrence House in the heart of Norwich is a commercial building with a traditional façade, recently undergoing a full interior refurbishment to modernise the office spaces. The building has since attracted a variety of professional tenants, including law firms, solicitors, and estate agents. As part of the refurbishment, the client sought to elevate the washroom facilities to match the new professional standard of the building. Dunhams was tasked with designing and manufacturing systems that would provide both style and functionality for the high-end office spaces.
The Solution
The client selected Vista Cubicles, having previously used the system in a successful project. The Vista HPL cubicles provide a high-end, premium finish at an affordable cost, making them an ideal solution for the newly refurbished office spaces. These cubicles were complemented by floor-to-ceiling IPS Duct Panelling and Corian Solid Surface Washtroughs, enhancing both the aesthetic and functionality of the washrooms.
The Vista range was chosen for its flush façade, clean and uncluttered aesthetics, and high-quality stainless steel hardware. With minimal floor clearance, the cubicles offer added privacy, making them particularly suitable for corporate washrooms where privacy is a top priority.

The upgraded washrooms at Lawrence House now reflect the professional, modern feel of the office spaces.
