The Challenge
As the home of the British film industry, Pinewood Studios has made significant investments in its facilities to keep up with the growing demand for film production in the UK. For this project, Pinewood Studios required a solution to provide 10 washrooms spread across 3 floors to accommodate the increasing number of staff and visitors. The challenge was to create durable, functional, and visually appealing washroom spaces that aligned with the studio’s high standards.
The Solution
We worked closely with the contractor to provide the optimal washroom design. Classic cubicles were chosen for their durability and stylish appearance. These were paired with Duct+ systems and vanity units to create a cohesive and functional solution across the building.
The cubicles featured Cloud divisions and doors, with Orion Grey pilasters and shadows to provide a clean, modern look. Grey Rovere duct and vanity panels were incorporated, complemented by vanity tops, offering a sleek and professional finish that blends well with the overall design of the studio.
The Outcome
The newly installed washrooms at Pinewood Studios now provide a durable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solution for the studio’s staff and visitors. The Classic cubicles, combined with Duct+ systems and Polyrey vanity tops, create a cohesive and modern washroom environment that meets the high demands of the film production industry. The design not only meets functional needs but also complements the studio’s sophisticated and professional atmosphere.
